When youre lost in the middle of nowhere, how are you going to get out? This simple application sends out a distress beacon when activated, sending your current location to rescuers.
You may think that this is a rip-off. Why dont you just use the built in Google Maps? Well Google Maps does not allow you to email your latitude and longitude! Maybe you can send someone the street you are on, but if you are in the middle of the forest, is Google Maps really going to help?
That is where Emergency Distress Beacon comes in. Even if you do not have the iPhone 3G, an estimate of your location can still be generated.

Take this program with you whenever you go to a remote destination. Do you hike or backpack alone? This is a must have application.

NOTE:
No, you cannot send an application without cell signal. So when you venture to the middle of the Amazon Rain Forests, you might want to bring a dedicated GPS device. But when you are hiking in the hills around your city, you get cell reception. And if you ever get kidnapped, you can be saved!

DO NOT RELY ON THIS APPLICATION TO SAVE YOUR LIFE. CINN DEV IS NOT LIABLE.
